Agreement

By creating an account or using ConectaFleet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

ConectaFleet provides fleet management software for trucking companies, owner operators, dispatchers, and related team members. Features may include vehicle and driver records, compliance tracking, document management, settlements, location tracking, and related reporting tools.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, trials, team member limits, and billing terms are presented at checkout and in the billing area of the product. Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. You may cancel according to the options shown in your billing settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to:

  • Access data belonging to another company or user without authorization
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the platform
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law

Customer data

You retain ownership of the fleet and business data you upload. You grant ConectaFleet the rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy & SMS Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ConectaFleet does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that compliance alerts, settlement calculations, or other outputs will meet every regulatory or business requirement without review by your team.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConectaFleet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
